Trademark
Pilarmoscato® is the registered trademark used to designate the APPC007 Estela grape variety when produced according to APPC standards. That is, it is not the name of a cultivar, but a registered trademark.
Only APPC007 Estela grapes produced within the quality standard required by APPC receive the Pilarmoscato® brand.
APPC Exclusive Variety
The APPC007 Estela variety is an exclusive APPC grape, produced only by producers associated with the APPC Agroindustrial Cooperative of the Pilar do Sul nucleus.
Because it is an extremely demanding grape in care, only a select group of wine growers with proven experience in producing quality grapes are able to produce with the required quality.
