“In the search for quality, all bunches are evaluated and packed individually and manually.
The city of Pilar do Sul, in the Sorocaba / SP region, has been gaining prominence on the national scene with the production of the Pilarmoscato grape, the first gourmet grape in Brazil.
The variety began to be produced in 2011, after a decade of research carried out by members of the APPC Agroindustrial Cooperative (Paulista Association of Persimmon Producers).
Pilarmoscato was born from the market need to offer a product of excellence, quality and total safety to consumers. Today, it is the flagship of the products sold by APPC, which offers a variety of fruits, such as: persimmon, plum, atemoia, dekopom, among others. ”
